The Temple – SeDa

Fans of the show “Lost” recognize the power of the Temple on the Island. The Temple has been shown to use extreme force to protect the interests of the Island when necessary. The show’s infamous “smoke monster” appears to emanate out of the Temple – to enlighten or condemn characters as it sees fit.

The Apostle Paul called the human body “the temple of God” (1 Cor. 3:16-17). In “The Temple,” SeDa displays his lyrical might, expounding on this concept using elements from the TV series and bouncing from metaphor to metaphor.

DJX-Ray provides one of his patented “In The Year 3000” tracks for this one. Ray really gets epic with this one, with soaring arpeggios and lush pads to create a sense of awe and wonder – which is appropriate for a song about the house of God, right? SeDa also flexes his vocal chops by singing on the hook – not bad, for a preacher’s son.
